Marlee is an experienced coach, consultant, trainer, and facilitator who has spent more than 13 years working with non-profits, government, and educational institutions. She is passionate about partnering with leaders and non-profit organizations to strengthen their individual and organizational capacity to achieve personal and professional goals.
As a Principal at a strategy consulting firm, Marlee led a social impact portfolio helping diverse, mission-driven organizations increase their impact. She has led multiple teams and projects with a primary focus on people development, organizational strengthening, strategic planning, and project management for non-profits.
Marlee is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M University. She also completed the Harvard Credentials of Readiness (CORe) program and holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing from George Mason University. Marlee has lived and studied in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Australia, and Québec, Canada.
